Allotted time....
Each of us is given the same allotment of minutes in each day. Choosing how effectively we use those minutes and how much we get accomplished in the allotted time is called self-discipline. Disciplined people learn to maximize the use of their time and work to eliminate excuses and procrastination from their lifestyle. Examine your own schedule....could you be more effective? You can choose one of two paths; self-discipline which entails sacrifice and growth or the self- regret which comes from taking the easy road and missing opportunities. Just like each of us has the same allotment of minutes in a day, each of us has the same opportunity to exercise discipline in our own lives.
