Is charisma something you are born with or a trait you can develop?  It is defined as a mystical, almost undefinable quality that draws people to you. It is something you can cultivate if you are honest in your opinion of yourself. Those who possess charisma usually have a genuineness that shines through in everything they do. They are not prideful or ego seekers, needing to prove or justify who they are. Who they are stands on it's own. People are drawn by the security they possess and the fact that they are comfortable in their own skin.  Those with charisma do not look for perfection in others, but look to exhibit excellence in their own right. Cynicism is not a part of their makeup; you will usually find them pointing out the silver lining. Charisma is the ability to draw people to you by the qualities you exhibit and exemplify in your own life without having to point them out to others. Cultivated charisma provides a leadership trait that cannot be reproduced by any other person quite like you do it! It becomes your personal brand.... what's your brand look like?
