Lone Ranger Leadership..

If you think it is lonely at the top you might want to examine your leadership style. There are no Lone Ranger leaders. If you are alone you are not leading anybody. Effective leadership is usually built on a team; one or more individuals with similar vision but different strengths that compliment and work in harmony. There may be a figure head leader but that person knows they are only as effective as their core team or inner circle and appreciates the ability of each person. The strength of the leader is based on the potential they are able to develop and empower within each individual. When each person grows to their full potential the leader goes farther than could ever be possible alone.
