The next level....

We are always looking for the advantage... something that will propel us ahead of our competition or farther down our path. Most times while looking for a way to "get ahead" we use up more energy and get worse results than if we had worked on "our self", our potential and our own ability to take it to the next level. There really is no shortcut to personal growth and development.....if you try to jump a few steps ahead without taking the time to learn and experience the growth, and the lesson in the growth, you will at some point end up back where you started and inevitably have to redo the lesson. The lessons are there for a purpose....they help us figure out our purpose. Personal and professional growth is just that.... growth.  Growth involves challenges and is not meant to always be easy. Two things happen so frequently either we try to find a short cut to success or we settle for easy and mediocre....neither path leads you to fulfilling your purpose or living into your full potential.
