Own it.....

Our willingness to take responsibility for our mistakes or misinformed choices show our depth of character far greater than the acknowledgement of our achievements. True depth is shown when instead of making excuses, casting blame or hiding from the truth we ... own up to it,  make amends, learn the lesson from it and most importantly, move forward. Owning up to our weaknesses is a far greater accomplishment than only living within the boundaries of our successes. Times of failure not only reveal our true character, but they provide opportunity for significant growth. Any truly great leader will tell you they "failed forward".
