The Transparency Test.....

Trust is like a great musical composition, the words and the music must be in sync. Your words must match your actions completely. If you are honest with yourself and other people your life becomes transparent. There is great value in transparency.... it goes hand in hand with humility. Transparent influencers are confident but not driven by ego, jealousy or the belief that they are better than they are. They do not spend time trying to get others to acknowledge their role.... they know their role and are living it wide open. A strong influencer is willing to put it all out there for someone to see, knowing that not only their triumphs, but their failures hold value and lessons that can help someone else. Are you willing to lay it out for others to see? Sometimes our level of influence is not increased by our victories, but our willingness to admit and share our failures.
