What do you say.....

What thoughts do you wake up to each day? Does your subconscious believe and say "What a great day".... "You are confident, strong, blessed and capable" or does your day start with negative self-talk? "I hate Mondays", "I wish I did not have to work today","My life is never going to change". Did you know the thoughts you think and affirm when you first wake up are your strongest thoughts of the day.... they set the tone for your day. Those thoughts are what you really think about yourself.  They are in your subconscious as you wake..... . Do you need to retrain your subconscious thought pattern. You are who you think you are....if you start your day believing in yourself inwardly the effects are felt outwardly. Are you honest and present to the thoughts you think about yourself and what life is "really" like around you?
