Sabotaging...

Who we are reveals itself outward  mannerisms and in what we say. I consciously choose words and expressions that are uplifting, inspirational, positive, joyful, loving, truthful, accepting and supportive? Think about the words of your inner circle or center of influence.... are they empowering your highest and best self?  Often there is that one person who is typically negative, critical, gossiping, deceptive, justifying, blaming, manipulative and more times than not argumentative? Is that one person holding you back, sabotaging your progress with a negative word or deed ? That one attitude is like poison in your otherwise positive system. Would you consider taking an accountability of your circle today? Is it empowering, equipping, passionate and positively the best for you?
