The Fertilizer...

I am thankful that seeds of discouragement cannot take root in a grateful heart. Focusing continually on the positive takes discipline it does not happen automatically. Unfortunately most people seem pre-programmed for negativity, discouragement and disappointment . The paradigms we were raised with and exposed too may have given space for negative seeds to take root. Do you need to cultivate your mind, change out your soil, possibly fertilize your thoughts with affirmations and gratitude.
