New Ground...

Leaders or influencers see what is, but they also have a vision for what could be. By definition, to lead or influence is to be breaking new ground, conquering new worlds, moving away from the status quo. Dissatisfaction with what is or the status quo does not mean having a negative or complaining attitude. It has to do with a willingness to be different.....work outside the lines....take risks. Risk seem dangerous to most people. That is what separates the true leader or influencer from the followers. The difference is attitude. Most people are more comfortable with living with the old problems versus putting forth the effort to see what it takes to come up with new solutions.
