Are you available...approachable?

Whether at home, with friends, staff or coworkers being available and approachable are the two important components of helping someone. If people feel you are approachable they will be at ease and feel good about sharing with you and learning from you.  At the same time you may be the most approachable person in the world, but if you are not available, it does not help. Take inventory of your time. Make sure you are not neglecting those around you......  are you  providing them your time, your gifts, your talents to help them move forward and make decisions in their life. When you are truly helping someone it is NOT about YOU and whether YOU have time. Make time, the rewards come back to you!
