Time for a change....

A crucial element of empowering others is attitude. Many people do not lift up or help others because they themselves are insecure. They are most often also afraid of change.They would rather stay in their box miserable, complaining and feeding on the negative around them, than take a chance on change.  But...change is part of empowering yourself and others! If you want to go up there has to be dead weight you are willing to give up. There has to be new things you are willing to learn. You cannot do things the same way and expect to grow yourself or help and empower others! It is not always easy, but usually the rewards are great!
