Secure in yourself....

Do you exhibit confidence to others? The kind of confidence that cannot be shaken by circumstances? The kind of confidence that stands the test of time and the difficulty of trials? This kind of confidence starts with a geniune sense of self-worth. If you don't believe in yourself, your abilities, your talents how can you expect others too. You will notice that a person with true self confidence does not need constant affirmation from others that they are doing the right thing. True leadership cannot grow from a place of insecurity. Truly confident people are always willing to help others grow and develop to their full potential without fear, insecurities or self doubt in their own position. Look in the mirror....look at others around you....do you or they see a person confident in their abilities? If not you have the choice to change that.
