Communicate Respect

If you don't have strength within, you cannot earn respect without. Respect is absolutely essential in reaching your full potential. How do you earn respect? By making decisions with integrity, admitting your mistakes (ownership), and putting what is best for the whole ahead of your own personal agenda. To earn the respect of others, it cannot ALL be about you. Respect and trust go hand in hand, you cannot earn people's respect if they do not trust you and they will not trust you if they don't respect you.....
