What's your default setting....
To be a person happy and at peace with their life you need to develop a very high threshold for what leads you to complain. If we are honest with ourselves events in our lives that lead us to legitimately have a complaint are very rare. Most of the complaining that is done is simply "ear pollution" which goes against our happiness and well-being. Are things really bad enough to complain or is complaining your default setting? Choose to change your setting today. Consciously make yourself aware of each time you complain and strive to do something about that negative behavior. Complaining is negative energy spoken aloud. Hard to be positive if you are using your energy in a negative fashion.
