The foundation.....

Integrity is the foundation a truly successful life is built on. If you don't have integrity you will never reach your highest potential. We often see someone be very successful and them that success begin to crumble. That usually means along the way they compromised their integrity to get to where they are. Every time you compromise, every time you are less than honest, every time you change the rules...just a little bit to benefit yourself you are cracking that foundation of integrity. Those compromises can start as small slivers in the foundation...but over time, as the pressures of life increase those compromises grow until the cracks or flaws in your character become evident to those around you. People with true integrity are the same in private as they are in public. They do what's right regardless of who may, or may not be watching.
