The extra mile....

Did you know success is found in the extra mile? Those that you see around you who are consistently successful go over and above in what they do. You will usually find they get to work early, stay late or work a weekend to make sure they do their job to it's fullest potential.  They maintain their integrity even in bad situations or while dealing with difficult people. They display a "spirit of excellence" in the most difficult times or trials. What is the extra mile....it is the stretch in the road past easy to attain, easy to please and mediocre.  You will find those that go the extra mile consistently stretch themselves to do, be and have what it takes to go beyond themselves and their needs and live to help others down that extra mile as well.
