Leadership is often confused with authority. Leadership is not about titles, positions or power. It is about one life influencing another. You can be the boss and not be a leader. You can be a parent and not be a leader. You can be a coach and not be a leader. Leadership is growing someone else to their full potential. It is reaching outside yourself to impact someone else's life. True leader's shine when they help those around them grow and develop their own talents and skills. In doing so they are impacting the future for others and influencing change and growth, which in turn becomes their legacy.......
