Own up.....

You cannot make excuses for your behavior,  for your integrity,  for you procrastination or your apathy and expect to live to your full potential. You won't find a truly successful person who says they got where they are at by making excuses, procrastinating or comprimising their integrity or that of their team or organization. The key to being all you can be is ownership. Being at the top means you have to own your mistakes as well as the triumphs.
