Harmony....

Sometimes we let small differences prevent us from ultimate victory. On a ball team players play different positions, they have different strengths and abilities, but an effective team plays in harmony with each other. Harmony allows their efforts to compliment the efforts of others rather than conflict with them. Do you feel you are consistently facing conflict in your present environment? Ask yourself if you are promoting harmony within the relationship or team. Harmony does not mean unison. You can sing your own song, but it should be in harmony with whom you are teamed with if your goal is to see victory line.
