You may be looking back at the previous year and thinking my business plan did not work out exactly as I had planned. Or, a relationship did not progress or have the impact I thought it would.  You may have faced more challenges than you expected or anticipated.  Don't let those make you discouraged about the coming year. Learn what you can from your obstacles, then get back on your feet and back in the game. Right now is the best time to write your game plan for next year. You know what works, what didn't work and the potential is there for you to make those changes. Keep doing the same thing in 2012 you did in 2011.....your going to get the same results.
