Spirit of Excellence...

As the year comes to a close it is a great opportunity for reflection and to set expectations for the coming year. If you are looking to improve 2012 think about what changes need to take place within yourself to make that happen. Quit trying to change others in an attempt to make your life better. Concentrate on yourself, your attitude, your goals and putting forth the effort needed in your life. You are wasting energy trying to change others to improve your outcome. Whatever we do we should do it with our "best effort", and a spirit of excellence and integrity, if we are truly living to our best potential it should show up in everything we do. It's not going to show up in others until we first demonstrate it in our own lives.
