Casting blame....

When things don't go our way we have a natural tendency to look for someone else to blame. That tendency goes all the way back to Adam and Eve. We all experience failure in our lives. The next time failure presents itself in your life think about why you failed,  instead of waisting energy trying to administer fault. Try to be objective so that you will handle it better next time. People who blame others for their failures never overcome them.  They simply move from problem to problem or drama to drama and never OWN UP to their part in the failure. To continually improve yourself you have to be willing to take responsibility for you actions; your triumphs and your failures. Be willing to tell others it was your fault, that you have no excuses and are not looking to place the blame anywhere else. Take it square on the shoulders... apologize if necessary and move on. Your next triumph awaits you!
