The company you keep.....

Take a look around the company you keep. Are they people who inspire you, challenge you and help you grow? So often we surround ourselves with people we feel better or more qualified than to support our ego, and therefore are not challenged to grow or stretch to our highest potential. Ask yourself if the people you are in relationships with, whether business or personal  see you for what you're really capable of?  Are they people who drain you or motivate, challenge, inspire and support you? When considering your ability to grow to your highest potential you have to exam the company you keep and often make the hard choice to let some of those people move on.
