Initiators of change...

Anyone who is a visionary is also an initiator. Initiators not only see opportunities when they present themselves, they often make them with their actions. Initiators know what they want; they have a determined purpose. They push themselves to act on what they see, they do not wait for permission to succeed. They do not allow themselves to make excuses and recognize procrastination is not a virtue. Initiators take more risks. They know without risk there is not the opportunity for overwhelming accomplishment. Initiators also make more mistakes because they are willing to take risks....however, they admit their mistake, learn from them and move on. They never stop the game because of a mistake....they just rethink or adjust the game plan with the game is still in play. Most importantly initiators go with their gut, often against all odds and swim upstream.  They take action on the vision they see themselves and demonstrate it for others to follow.
