Need permission.....

Most people need permission to take a risk. They need someone else to tell them it is okay. Even when the door of opportunity is open and they can see it, they will not step through it for fear of what challenges the other side may hold. These people are not big picture thinkers, only snapshot holders. Many people procrastinate or make excuses for why they are not risking what they have, for what could be.... . If you check out the great leaders and visionaries all the way back to the Bible you will find those that accomplished their dream and led others to fulfill their own calling were willing to take big risks and they did not wait on the permission from others to fulfill their destiny.
