The test of time.....

How do you work through conflict? Do you humble yourself and get it all out in the open or are you more focused on being right and pointing out the other persons faults than you are in resolving the actual issue? Having integrity and standing your ground is one thing. Trying to prove you are right is something else. If you truly feel you are in the "right" position no justification is needed; your position and integrity will stand on it's own and pass the test of time.
