Whether you lead or manage...
We live in a world of rapid change and continual growth. There are some that lead the change, others that manage the change and yet far more that are not accepting of change or growth. Notice the pattern...leaders have an eagerness to embrace change and are quick to help equip the managers in life in how to facilitate the change in others. Leaders have a hunger to grasp new ideas and often invent opportunity. Leaders are quick to adapt and rarely make excuses or procrastinate. Leaders recognize their skill and model the change for managers to see and then move on to look for the next emerging idea. Whether a leader or a manager your role is crucial in the development of others. Remember that today as new ideas are presented in your path.....
