Rights & Responsibility.....

So many times we find people ready to assert their rights, but not assume their responsibility. Any right bears some kind of responsibility. You cannot assume the right of a leader and not take on the responsibility to grow, equip and empower those you lead.  Embracing the leadership role is one that calls for a confident spirit, a growing mind and a risk taking mentality. You have to be willing to to do all you are demonstrating others to do and more with passion, not necessarily perfection! If you are asserting the rights of a leader make sure you are living into the responsibility that comes with that role. Making a difference in those who follow your lead requires a responsibility to the legacy you are creating.
