Your part in the plan....

We often get so caught up trying to live the vision or goal for those close to us that we allow ourselves to be drained of the energy needed to fulfill the goal ourselves. It is important to remember you have to get yourself to the finish line too when trying to cast a vision to those in your inner circle or sanctum. If you run out of steam trying to keep everybody else on board you cannot fulfill your full potential or equip and empower others to fulfill theirs. Keep in mind if you are the visionary for your group, team or organization.... you are responsible for casting the vision or laying out the game plan for success; you are not responsible for doing anyone or everyone else's job to accomplish it.
