The growing zone....

The term "status quo" in latin means; "the mess we are in".  Are you living in that zone? Do you need to say no to the status quo? Those that choose a different route are leaders looking to make a change, not only for themselves but break new ground for others. Dissatisfaction with the status quo does not mean you are negative or complaining. It means you are willing to be a  risk taker,  moved to be an influencer, empowered to be a nurturer. A person who refuses to risk change fails to grow....a leader who becomes content with the status quo soon becomes a follower. Risk seems dangerous to most people because they would rather be comfortable in old problems than take the challenge and chance of finding new solutions.....shake off the status quo today....get out of your comfort zone and into the growing zone! It is never to late to grow to your highest potential.
