Secure under scrutiny.....
Would you invite others to survey your life and point out any place where you lacked integrity? Only a person with strong character and a unyielding sense of security can invite that type of scrutiny can be open to the results. What enables people to possess such integrity as leaders? They must employ a strong sense of security; be secure enough to take criticism constructively. You will find they have a clear conscience; they do not feel the need to justify their position or prove their worth. Their motives are pure in nature; they do not give into self-indulgent motives. We usually follow those who employ and empower these qualities of integrity.... great leaders are open to survey and scrutiny and are constantly looking for ways to improve themselves which in turn, when used constructively, improves those who around them.
