A time to "fast"....

Are you in need of "fasting"?  Not a fast from foods...but a fast from negative thinking. Is there too much "mental junk food"  infusing your mind?  Do you need to starve the negarive toxins from your thoughts? Think about cleansing your mind and putting it on a healthier diet. Some toxins you may experience are worry, self-condemnation, negative self talk, thoughts of defeat and a fear of inferiority. When those thoughts come to mind immediately choose to tell yourself "No, Thanks"... "That's is not part of my life plan"...."Toxic thoughts are no longer a part of my program". Instead affirm that you are confident, capable and strong! Embrace thoughts of victory. Know that you have the power within to rise above every obstacle and feel empowered to move past dissapointments and live your life to it's fullest potential today!
