Like a rock....

Consistency could be considered the glue that molds and forms us. Ever heard someone say  "He's or she is flaky"?  They are saying that person may not perform the same way under pressure they do when everything is good and wonderful. Consistency is a depth of character that enables people to follow through no matter how tired, distracted or overwhelmed they are. Consistency is not given to excuses or powered by procrastination.  Those that are considered to be "a rock" under pressure have taken that glue of consistency and made it the foundation of their principles. Others see that and are drawn to them for support, confidence and strength daily.
