Engaged Energy...

The desire to change without the energy to change so often keeps us going around in circles, or around the mountain when we were meant to climb it. Energy is the force field that propels us to the next level. Energy is something that needs renewed often otherwise we get stagnant, tire out or decide to settle. Often we let the people around us drain our energy. Keep in mind that is a choice.  It is very hard to climb the mountain and push or drag someone else at the same time. Your energy drains quickly. Let go.....  if that person wants to be on the journey they will get engaged and activate their own energy. Empowering others to climb the mountain is always important! Empowering is just that power/energy that recreates energy in a positive form. If both parties are engaged they empower and energize each other on the journey.
