A Level of Respect

One's success can often be displayed in their level of respect. Respect cannot be bought. Respect is earned with integrity, excellence and honesty.  Respect does not use the side door. It enters or exits the way it came in, fully intact, without excuses.  When challenged it will stand strong in the face of adversity. Once respect is splintered, like a piece of wood that is compromised, it's validity is jeopardized and it is weakened in it's overall  integrity.
