Interdependence...

We live in an age of partnerships. Partnerships between individuals, companies, organizations or churches that join together to become a stronger unit of service. Together able to do far more than either could do alone. Good partnerships do not encourage co-dependence or independence, but interdependence.  Several signs of a good partnership... sharing the same values; working towards the same goal; compromise on both sides; selflessness instead of selfishness. In sharing these key factors each party feels secure, is stretched and enjoys the energy or synergy the partnership produces. If the partnership is cohesive it multiples the the ability either side could achieve alone.
