Walk On.....

How do you define steadfast....? The dictionary states it to be firmly loyal or constant; unwavering in one's convictions, unswerving in one's purpose. So many times people provide lip service without true conviction. Their actions do not match their words every time, all day long.... no matter what comes against them.  They tell you what you want to hear, but do not live it, breathe it or own it. To be steadfast you have to own it. No excuses, without wavering; knowing that your light will eventually shine through the brightest. Remaining steadfast always wins out in the end. It does not look for short term victories but to conquer the mountain and finish well. Steadfast is at best a tough road. Many walk away because they don't have it in them to walk on.....  continually constant and unwavering.
