Gem or Justifier....

Insecurity usually becomes amplified under pressure. Many people function quite well as long as things are going their way. It is when change is needed to grow or someone rocks the boat that they cannot adapt and often look for ways to blame others  or justify for their lack. Insecurity keeps people from taking risks daily.  A person who is too insecure to risk change fails to grow. Without growth even a leader soon becomes a follower. Leaders- risk takers who are secure in themselves are in short supply, and if they possess vision on top of that, they are a rare gem. Interesting how rare gems are also developed under pressure. Gem or justifier? What shines through for you under pressure?
