The Seed of Success.....

Every person carries a seed of success within them. Some never find and develop it to it's potential. The ability to find our own or others seeds (gifts or talents) takes commitment, diligence, a genuine desire to focus on others and help them develop. Once the seed is uncovered,  fertilize it with encouragement; lift the person up...reinforce their talent and potential any way you can.  While the fertilizer of encouragement is working water it with opportunity. Show that person the opportunities available and give them room to blossom or grow. The only thing you cannot do is grow for them....... you can provide all the ingredients to success, but blossoming into their potential is where their desire and passion to succeed should take root..... you have fertilized, watered and nurtured.... now it's time to see if it took root.
