Are you cultivating......

Relationships grow in an atmosphere of affirmation.  The majority of people you encounter are insecure. They need encouragement to move forward. Think about this when working with people; are you a plow or a bulldozer? One cultivates the ground, in essence stirs things up making it a good place to plant seeds of growth. The other tears up the ground moving it with little care, it seeks to level or manipulate the ground without any thought of cultivation. A person with a plow mentality looks at people as talents, ability or seeds that can be worked with, cultivated, watered and cared for, grown to their potential. Those with a bulldozer mentality tend to want what they want with little care as to what has to be moved or destroyed in their path to get there. Plow or bulldozer..... in the long run the one who cultivates the seed wins..... the one who destroys will eventually fall on only barren ground.
