Nothing to Prove...

A truly genuine leader considers no task too small, no person not worthy.  They believe they have nothing to prove and don't feel the need to play games with their leadership. They know they have nothing to lose- as they come to serve, not be served. They focus on giving, not getting. They also having nothing to hide- they do not put up a facade but remain authentic, transparent and vulnerable to the needs of others.  Genuineness is not a front that can be faked for long, at some point if you are not genuine you will seek to prove your worth. If you are not genuine to the core you cannot give without taking or serve others without recognition. Authentic transparent people are secure enough in who they are to make themselves vulnerable to others needs and transparent enough to stay in the shadow without needing credit for their deeds.
