Who Are You...

When people around you know that you are a person of integrity they look  for your  influence  because it is an opportunity to add value to their lives. They do not have to worry about your motives. Integrity is determined by your actions and graded by others, not yourself. A person of integrity does not look to validate, make excuses or justify their position. Their position is "who they are" and it is called integrity. A person of integrity influences others because they want to bring something to the table to benefit others, not put others on the table to benefit themselves. If you have to examine the motive, your may question the integrity....
