How's Your Ball Bouncing.... Part III
What kind of ball are you trying to bounce and what's it filled with? Have you ever tried to bounce one of those big gym balls you sit on to workout..... doesn't bounce high or well and it's hard to control. Think of our thoughts like air filling the ball. Is the ball full of air filled with regrets, unforgiveness, procrastination, justification or excuses.... if we eliminate those thoughts or that air from our ball we are trying to bounce..... what size would our ball be? Could we bounce it higher, longer and with more accuracy? What air (thoughts) are filling your ball (life) today that could be changed or eliminated that would allow you to play your best ball game?
