In It.....

"This is the day that I have made, rejoice and be glad in it". The author of that statement was telling us to rejoice despite our circumstances.... to be glad for the opportunity each day brings. Do we practice that? Each day are we thankful for both the challenging and the fantastic? Are we choosing to be happy, at peace and in joy? Each of us have the same amount of hours in a day, however what we do with them and how we react to our day is our choice, our free will. What would happen if you spent your day rejoicing and be glad in it instead of complaining about it? Today consciously count how many hours you spend rejoicing in the day and being thankful for all circumstances, and how many hours are spent on negative energy... Keep in mind it is the challenging times that we grow the greatest.... and growth is a positive. Rejoice today and be glad in it!
