The Execution....

How's your execution? Many times people have great ideas; they get ready, they aim but they never fire. They spend their days aim, aim, aiming and cannot pull the trigger. Leaders execute the gap between knowing and doing. You can have an idea.... you can know the idea is good... you can aim high, but if you never take the risk and execute it it is just merely another good idea or awesome opportunity not engaged. What do you need to be bold enough to execute today? Aiming is important... it is part of the preparation, but firing (executing, risking) is what separates the goods from the greats.
