"Found Out"......

Transparency and authenticity go hand in hand. If others could see through you what would they see? If you are transparent what you believe and what you say, is what you live. You make yourself open and vulnerable to other people. You willingly give up a piece of yourself to everyone you encounter without fear of being "found out".  There is no hidden agenda. I remember as a child the transparencies we would view on an overhead projector. If you were put on an overhead projector for the world to see, what would that transparency reveal today. Would others see and say you live what you talk?
