Refresh or Replay....

Is your mind ever refreshed? Often we toss, turn, pace and replay the day. Can you change the events of the day.... no that day is done. Instead of spending time rehashing the outcome why not refresh your mind and spirit for the new coming day? Think about the dew that gathers on the grass at night.... does it add moisture to the ground? Does it refresh the grass, the plants, the flowers with it's renewing moisture overnight? Do you let yourself renew or do you keep hitting replay? Do you sit quietly and allow the Creator to have time to refresh you like dew on the morning grass? Are you hitting the refresh button or the replay button today?
