101%

I choose to operate in the 101%. I will look for ways that I connect with people even if it is only 1% I will give that 1% where we connect 100% focus. I will build relationships based on this principle. Like the shepherd in Luke 15 whose had one sheep leave the security of the flock I will focus on finding a way to connect with any person I encounter who has lost their way in the flock of life.
