Be Still.....

I have chosen to take time to "be still" and not use precious energy feeling guilty about it. The world tells us if we are not constantly doing we are not accomplishing. I know in the stillness comes clarity, divine understanding and renewed passion. It is written "Be Still and Know....." Following that lead it is hard to know what The Creator or the Universe has for me if I do not purposely choose to quiet my body and mind and open my spirit to the stillness.
